PATH (Preparing Accomplished Transfers to the [arts and] Humanities) is a collaborative initiative between the School of Arts and Humanities at the University of California San Diego and local community colleges, supporting transfer students and encouraging their success before, during and after studying at the university.
Originally developed in 2016 with grant funds from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to both UC San Diego and the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD), the program has evolved through three grant renewals and now also includes additional support from generous donors that have expanded the program offerings.
